İrem Günaydın

İrem Günaydın is an artist based in Istanbul. Working as a 'suffix' to art-historical and institutional canons, her practice unfolds through sculpture, text, and para-fictional strategies that investigate the politics of framing, ornament, and refusal. Her recent works and writings engage with questions of institutional critique, the afterlives of cultural remnants, and the blurred boundaries between art, architecture, and language.
