Anamaría Garzón

Anamaría Garzón is an art historian and professor at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito USFQ. She is director of the academic journal post(s) and part of the Research Committee of the USFQ Research Dean’s Office. She has an MA in Contemporary Art from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, New York, and is currently a doctoral candidate in the History and Theory of Art programme at the University of Essex. Her work focuses on the period that includes the transition from modern art to contemporary art in Latin America.
